• This includes preparing, structuring and negotiating company formations;
• Structuring and negotiating agreements for various financing rounds, either for startups or for venture capital investors;
• Preparing, structuring, and negotiating agreements in the sale of companies;
• You will have a direct influence on startup culture by structuring and negotiating employee equity participation plans.
• As the primary point of contact for founders and investors, you are responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on complex decisions.
