About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for paid social, organic social, website content, CRM campaigns, and product communications.
- Translate complex dermatological and healthcare topics into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience and strengthen brand trust.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life through dynamic motion design.
- Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in quality, branding, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine creative assets based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-impact creative projects on time and at scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and experience creating performance-oriented creative assets for social media and paid advertising.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
- Fluent English skills; German is a plus but not required.
