About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality responses that resolve patients' issues across multiple channels, ensuring prompt handling
  • Be the voice of MANUAL and Voy, working with patients to guide them through their journey
  • Act proactively to identify root causes and prevent recurring problems
  • Collaborate with international teams (especially in the United Kingdom) to ensure fast and effective resolutions
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhancements to the patient experience
  • Work with the UK team, supporting the customer base using AI-assisted translation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro (2 days per week in the office)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00
  • Intermediate or advanced English for written and verbal communication with international teams
  • Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to regard feedback positively and to continuously seek to improve your work and personal development
  • Hands-on attitude, with a willingness to learn and handle new situations
  • Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or CX operations (healthcare experience is a plus)
