About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Specialized Support (Level 2): Assist patients with complex questions regarding treatments, clinical protocols, and side effects.
- Care Coordination: Conduct follow-up consultations concerning patients' ongoing treatments.
- Technical Mentorship: Support the training and technical development of more junior team members.
- Patient Experience: Role focused on delivering a differentiated consultative and service experience for patients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Degree in Nursing or Pharmacy with active professional registration (COREN or CRF).
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct patient care, with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital Health (plus): Experience with management and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace) and customer support platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Training: Previous experience in staff training and education.
- Specialization: Postgraduate studies in clinical areas (Clinical Pharmacy, Oncology, Primary Health Care — APS, or related fields).
