Key responsibilities & impact

We support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a company.
Accordingly, from day one you will have direct contact with clients and gain first‑hand experience of the different phases of a company’s development.
This includes preparing, structuring and negotiating company formations;
Structuring and negotiating agreements for various financing rounds, either for startups or for venture capital investors;
Preparing, structuring, and negotiating agreements in the sale of companies;
You will have a direct influence on startup culture by structuring and negotiating employee equity participation plans.
As the primary point of contact for founders and investors, you are responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on complex decisions.

What you’ll need

Second State Examination in Law (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) or an equivalent qualification;
At least 4 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate law, or venture capital / private equity;
Strong topical interest;
High degree of independence and personal responsibility;
Open-mindedness, strong communication skills and diplomatic tact;
Business‑fluent German and English.
