Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend experience and strong fundamentals
  • Very strong in TypeScript
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgement calls
  • Use AI tools confidently and responsibly (not “vibe coding”)
  • Experience scaling a system to a high volume of users.
