About the role
- work directly with our Head of Product Design and a small product team
- visit customer sites, build prototypes, and design experiences
- maintain regular customer conversations and bring back insights that shape the product
- enhance collaboration with engineers to ease their work
Requirements
- ~3–5 years of experience (flexible). We care far more about what you’ve built than how long you’ve been building.
- You’re endlessly curious — about how warehouses actually run, about what AI tools can do today that they couldn't last month, about why a customer does something the way they do. You ask smart questions and you really listen to the answers.
- You've built something with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, whatever. A real thing that solves a real problem, even a small one. Show us the product decisions you made and why.
- You can sketch an idea on a whiteboard and explain the logic. Visual craft matters, but thinking and clear communication comes first.
- You think about how a feature fits the whole product, not just the screen you're designing.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. We're a Series B startup shaping the next phase of the product. You'll be shaping it too, not executing someone else's vision.
