About the role
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather technical requirements
- Translate customer needs into solution proposals aligned with company offerings
- Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration workflows for proposals
- Support the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
- Contribute to technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and commercial offers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting within the telecom or technology sector
- Proven track record supporting sales teams in customer engagements
- Strong understanding of telecom industry (SMS A2P, Voice, SS7 signaling, mobile network infrastructure, APIs)
- Advanced certifications in telecom or IT (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, PMP, or telecom specific) are a plus
