Developer Relations

• Own the developer narrative for KYA: launch posts, conference talks, demo videos, hackathons, and integration guides.
• Build, grow, and maintain Vouched’s presence within online developer communities and social media platforms
• Represent Vouched at SF Bay Area developer events, AI meetups, and security conferences
• Cultivate relationships with the agent builder community: framework maintainers, MCP ecosystem contributors, and the developers shipping production agents today
• Evangelize KYA-OS (our agentic identity standard), KnowThat.ai, and IdentiClaw as the trust infrastructure stack for the agentic web
• Run the feedback loop between the developer community and the product team: what's confusing, what's missing, what developers are trying to build that KYA should support. You help us bridge the gap between what our future customers want and what we ship
• Grow free tier adoption into a commercial funnel: track activation, spot expansion signals, and collaborate with sales on qualified handoffs
• Build and maintain quickstarts and code samples across the frameworks and architecture developers actually use: Next.js, Express, Python, HTML, and direct API integrations.
• Success will be measured by your ability to drive increased brand awareness for Vouched and our Know Your Agent solutions, especially within the developer community. This role is about building the Vouched brand as well as your own.

Developer Advocate

Director

• Investigate fraud at scale.
• Review and triage rejected and flagged identity verifications, distinguishing benign cases from genuine fraud.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into suspicious individuals, patterns, and networks, following the evidence wherever it leads.
• Build and document cases to a standard that holds up under scrutiny.
• Uncover emerging threats.
• Identify new and evolving fraud techniques, including synthetic identities, document forgery, deepfakes, and coordinated ring activity.
• Track fraud trends across customers and verticals, and raise the alarm early when something new appears.
• Maintain awareness of the broader threat landscape and the tooling fraudsters use.
• Partner with law enforcement and prosecutors.
• Package evidence and coordinate with prosecutors, regulators, and law enforcement where appropriate.
• Serve as Vouched's credible, trusted liaison to the investigative and legal community.
• Make the product smarter.
• Translate real investigations into clear, vivid stories and structured findings that product and engineering teams can act on.
• Work directly with product to turn fraud intelligence into new detection signals, models, and features.
• Help Vouched stay one step ahead of the people trying to beat us.

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts across a range of customer sizes and technical maturity levels
• Drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts through strong engagement, adoption, relationship management, and expansion opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities based on customer usage, adoption trends, business goals, and workflow expansion opportunities
• Lead customer conversations focused on value realization, outcomes, ROI, and long-term partnership growth
• Own renewals and expansion opportunities within your book of business, partnering with Customer Success leadership on strategy and execution
• Be accountable for revenue-related outcomes tied to your book of business
• Lead ongoing customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, adoption conversations, and strategic follow-up discussions
• Create clear next steps, action plans, and customer communication after meetings
• Manage multiple competing priorities and customer requests simultaneously
• Maintain accurate CRM data, account documentation, and internal tracking
• Help improve and shape customer success processes as the company scales
• Develop deep knowledge of the Vouched platform, APIs, workflows, and configuration options
• Investigate customer issues by reviewing logs, JSON payloads, dashboard data, API responses, and platform behavior
• Write or modify basic SQL queries to analyze customer usage, troubleshoot issues, and identify trends
• Serve as the first point of coordination during customer escalations and drive issues toward resolution
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams while independently managing customer communication and investigation
