Product Manager

• Partner with the Head of Advice to execute business vision into actionable product requirements.
• Manage the partnership with our development team partners, ensuring clear communication of requirements and timely delivery of features.
• Partner with the Head of Marketing and Head of Advice to incorporate internal and external user insights into product development and feature prioritisation.
• Present product updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership team.
• Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that make financial advice accessible and understandable, in partnership with design.
• Implement and oversee data tracking and analytics to measure product performance and user engagement.
• Design and analyse experiments to test hypotheses and drive product improvements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the financial advice space.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital advice platforms.
• Contribute to the development of our AI-driven recommendation engine, ensuring it delivers truly independent advice.

Accountant

• Assist with monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in supporting documentation for payroll inputs for monthly submission/ processing
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Provides accounting assistance to the Finance Head to meet Vouch business needs
• Maintain accurate accounting records and spreadsheets
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and procedures
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation
• Support compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Interface with management in various departments;
• Assist with preparing of weekly reports for Exco (Management).
• Compiles weekly, monthly & quarterly reports;
• Ad hoc financial reporting requests and tasks as required.

Junior Accountant

Business Development Rep

• Build and manage partnerships with insurers, brokers, consultants and other key service providers.
• Identify and secure new growth opportunities across digital and partner networks.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders to unlock long-term value.
• Recruitment/acquisition of broker partner relationships nationally.
• Develop and close new business opportunities aligned with revenue and acquisition targets.
• Build a high-quality, well-managed pipeline using data-driven prioritisation.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Advice teams to maximise lead conversion and growth.
• Support advisors with partner engagement to enhance sales and operational performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour, and pricing dynamics.
• Provide insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify emerging opportunities across insurance, fintech, and financial services.
• Work with Product and Marketing to execute new business and investment products (incl training, market penetration).
• Develop distribution strategies to expand Vouch’s reach and improve conversion across channels.
• Contribute to the design of sales enablement tools, digital journeys, and advisor support materials.
• Partner with the Head of Advice and Unit Managers to ensure advisors are enabled with relevant product knowledge and strong insurer relationships.
• Provide insights into how partnership opportunities can improve advisor productivity and client experience.
• Support escalations, complex deals, and strategic cases requiring senior commercial input.
• Track and report on KPIs including pipeline value, revenue growth, partner performance, and conversion rates.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities to optimise commercial performance.
• Present insights to Vouch leadership and contribute to overall commercial strategy.
• Embody Vouch’s client-first, value-driven ethos in all commercial engagements.
• Contribute to building an innovative, collaborative, and growth-oriented startup culture.
• Play a role in shaping Vouch’s commercial standards, processes, and best practices.
