About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the review and analysis of the P&L for the Cement Business, preparing materials and insights for the monthly meetings with the Sales, Operations and Controllership directorates;
  • Contribute to rolling forecast cycles and budgeting, analyzing macroeconomic assumptions, market trends and variances between actual and projected results;
  • Support product portfolio management from a profitability perspective — analyzing product mix, price and margin by product/region and proposing actions to maximize results;
  • Monitor product launches and line extensions (including packaging development), tracking KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders;
  • Support brand positioning in collaboration with Trail Marketing, Integrated Communications and Corporate Communications, aligning short-term activities with medium- and long-term strategy;
  • Structure and automate recurring analyses, reports and dashboards to reduce manual work and increase the reliability of the figures;
  • Support the validation and dissemination of official market share figures;
  • Use generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, GPT) to accelerate research, synthesis and analysis development — always applying critical review to outputs;
  • Understand the company’s brand, industrial footprint and operational impact — production synergies, supply to distribution centers and operational constraints — and how these affect commercial strategy;
  • Prepare presentations and reports for meetings with clarity, conciseness and strong data storytelling.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar).
  • Excel (formulas, modeling, pivot tables).
  • Analytical skills and quantitative reasoning.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
