Labor Law Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support labor lawyers in both advisory and litigation activities under supervision.
- Assist with monitoring labor cases and registering cases in the company's system.
- Populate the system with supporting information and materials.
- Follow up with internal departments.
- Track the schedule of hearings.
- Schedule meetings.
- Book travel and accommodation for external counsel and technical assistants.
- Perform other daily monitoring and administrative control tasks related to the litigation portfolio.
- Conduct legal research on labor legislation, collective agreements, case law and administrative interpretations.
- Assist in organizing and managing documents related to lawsuits, hearings, expert reports and settlements.
- Assist with monitoring labor contingencies, provisions and preparing reports for internal teams, when applicable.
- Support signature workflows and both physical and digital filing.
- Receive and redirect internal requests with initial guidance, always under the supervision of the legal team.
- Support administrative activities related to the labor legal department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program.
- Expected graduation after June 2028.
- Responsible, organized, proactive, diligent, committed, team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
