About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients.
- Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
- Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed.

Requirements
What you’ll need- A background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
