iOS Engineer

• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs, fuel ideation, and lead product improvements.
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate both technical effort and business impact.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions. Help define short and long-term roadmaps.
• Own features end-to-end: from problem framing to UI/UX design, implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma. Take care of every small detail — from information architecture to micro-interactions and transitions.
• Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
• Write clean, performant, and well-tested code on iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or backend (Go, Node.js).
• Assess the technical, user, and business impact of the features you ship.
• Contribute to and uphold best practices in code quality, architecture, and development processes.
• Contribute to building and improving our design system.
