About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads full-cycle recruiting for multiple gaming studios: proactively sources, engages, nurtures, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open gaming roles (C#, Game Artist, Studio Director)
Partners with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies by role/team; conducts intake meetings with demonstrated knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains clear internal communication throughout the search
Builds and manages employee referral relationships and processes, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
Proactively sources passive candidates using sourcing tools and creative methods, applying a personal approach to engage and generate interest in our roles
Ensures top candidates receive consistent communication and a positive employer-brand experience throughout the process
Continuously collaborates with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of recruitment experience
Passion for and expertise in tech and product hiring
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
Ability to build genuine business partnerships
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Rigorous and detail-oriented
Committed to providing an excellent candidate experience
Curious and business-oriented
Fluent in English and French
