About the role

  • Provide operational controlling and cost control focused on staff costs for the entire group and for one main app (for example Wizz, Blitz, BeReal)
  • Design and produce analytical dashboards for the Executive Committee and operational teams to act as a strong business partner
  • Analyze monthly operational performance from a data-driven perspective
  • Provide analytical support to understand cost variances across the organization
  • Contribute to defining cost allocation rules and update/create cost centers in SAP based on business evolution
  • Ensure correct allocation of costs within scope (accurate assignment by reporting category, team, supplier, etc.)
  • Support the monitoring and facilitation of monthly budget reviews with business units
  • Produce budget reporting and analyze budget variances
  • Support the development of the annual budget and monthly reforecasts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal use (group executives) and for shareholders
  • Participate in corporate projects (fundraising, integration of acquired companies, etc.)
  • Actively contribute to improving monitoring and reporting tools to automate and streamline routine work and processes, supporting company growth

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial controlling at a large company or in audit at a Big Four
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English
  • Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills, including the ability to build Excel-based automated decision tools and sensitivity tables (advanced Microsoft Excel user)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Adaptable with the ability to communicate and explain concepts clearly and concisely
  • Good communication and coaching skills, and the ability to work globally across the organization with key stakeholders, including senior management
