About the role
- Produce short-form AI-generated videos (5–8 seconds) for user acquisition campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create high-impact, scroll-stopping short videos using AI tools (Runway, Veo, Pika, etc.).
- Focus on strong hooks and visual creativity within the first 3 seconds.
- Deliver flexible, fast iterations of creative concepts based on feedback.
- Work remotely and collaborate with the Growth team on mobile game and app creatives.
Requirements
- Passion for AI video generation and prompt-based creativity.
- Experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, Pika) or similar.
- Understanding of short-form ad style (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and strong hooks in first 3 seconds.
- Ability to work independently and deliver polished content.
- Portfolio, reel, or examples of AI video work.
