About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own, refine and prioritize the team backlog to maximize customer and business value.
Write clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, Documentation, and Support.
Make timely decisions on scope, trade-offs, and story acceptance to keep delivery flow unblocked.
Coordinate effectively across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
Participate in customer interviews and gather feedback from external stakeholders.
Support and participate in agile ceremonies and release activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Proven experience owning backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and participating in PI planning.
Practical experience with backlog/ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel occasionally.
