Creating a secure, scalable service that our customers want to shout about
Employ a mindset of continuously improving, automating and monitoring our cloud platform and services with a strong focus on choosing and utilizing the appropriate metrics
Close collaboration with key stakeholders to find creative solutions to complex problems within the Contact Center as a Service space
Working on a combination of C#/ASP.NET/.Net Core, MySQL/Couchbase/Redis, JavaScript with React.js or Vue.js
Requirements
A solid development background (5 years +), with the aptitude to use a breadth of technologies and languages to create scalable and secure solutions
Strong skills in C#, .NET and JavaScript (essential)
Experience, and confidence, working on a cloud-based platform, scaling complex solutions with performance, maintainability and a data driven mindset at the forefront
Hands-on experience working within microservices architectures and a deep understanding of related design patterns
Familiarity with Clean Coding, Domain Driven Design, and other software engineering best practices
Ability to reason about complex systems and assess the impact of changes across a large, interconnected platform
A passion for technology and a willingness to share ideas.
