About the role

  • Lead and inspire global Sales Operations and Commissions teams, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic direction, partnering with executive leadership to align on business priorities, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Establish and optimize a world-class Sales Tech Stack to simplify seller experience, maximize adoption, and streamline processes.
  • Develop scalable, data-driven sales processes and KPIs to improve forecasting, productivity, and revenue growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through sales funnel tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate across functions (e.g., Product Marketing, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and content accessibility.
  • Build and maintain onboarding programs, continuous learning, certifications, and methodology training to upskill sales teams.
  • Create and manage sales playbooks, collateral, and centralized content repositories to support deal execution and consistency.
  • Provide tools, coaching support, and enablement resources to sales managers for team development and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while driving operational excellence worldwide.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading global Sales Operations teams in SaaS, UC, CPaaS or Contact Center industries.
  • In-depth understanding of Technologies that include Salesforce inc Einstein, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, 6Sense, LeanData, RingLead, Gong, Pardot, Outreach and Gong Engage, including deploying and integrating these technologies into Salesforce CRM.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing operational strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Operations and the earlier funnel stages that feed into the Sales funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Logical and process-driven mindset to optimize sales workflows.
  • Effective communication skills to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
