Design and deliver high-impact training programs on MEDDPICC and core sales skills (discovery, objection handling, negotiation, executive presence, storytelling).
Build reinforcement programs, roleplays, and certification paths that drive lasting adoption and skill mastery.
Coach sellers and managers to apply MEDDPICC rigor and strengthen broader sales capabilities through live coaching.
Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps, aligning training programs to revenue priorities and business objectives.
Develop and deliver blended learning experiences (live, virtual, and eLearning) for both new hires and experienced sellers across global teams.
Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as qualification accuracy, pipeline health, win rates, and forecast predictability; identify patterns and recommend improvements.
Create practical exercises, job aids, and supporting materials (guides, handouts, visual aids) that enable real-world application.
Partner with Sales Leadership to drive accountability for MEDDPICC adoption and ensure consistency in qualification and forecasting.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to adapt content, ensure relevance, and maximize effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for continuous improvement in sales skills, processes, and training practices.
Requirements
5–7+ years in sales training / enablement with a proven track record of elevating sales team performance.
Deep expertise in MEDDPICC, with experience training, coaching, and embedding the framework.
Strong background in sales cycles and sales skills such as discovery, objection handling, presenting, negotiation, and closing.
Proven ability to engage and inspire sellers through interactive facilitation and impactful coaching.
Experience creating blended learning paths (live, virtual, and self-paced).
Ability to influence and build trust with both frontline sellers and senior leadership.
Data-driven mindset with proven success linking training to measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior, adult learning theory, and other factors that drive effective learning and development.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
MEDDPICC Certification (considered a plus).
