About the role

  • Analyze existing business workflows for inefficiencies and deploy AI-driven automation solutions
  • Build functional AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code tools
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI platforms
  • Drive user engagement by developing adoption strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-ROI use cases and establish KPI frameworks
  • Ensure AI deployments adhere to data governance and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Data, ML, Analytics, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology adoption, change management, automation, or process improvement roles
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly enterprise search and knowledge management platforms
  • Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes
  • Proven ability to drive technology adoption with exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on technology adoption metrics
