About the role
- Liaise with the data warehousing team to define and activate data set requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers to automate data collection and cleaning from various sources, including new ones.
- Identify and correct data irregularities.
- Synthesize disparate data sets to focus on predictive insights and repeatable success.
- Build and deploy predictive models to inform growth strategies.
- Apply machine learning models to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Inform Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to reallocate budget for higher ROI.
- Influence change across the organization by translating complex model outputs into 'business-speak'.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and monitoring predictive models to inform growth strategies and revenue optimization.
- Deep expertise in using machine learning techniques to anticipate and model complex consumer behavior and journey analysis.
- Familiarity with informing and leveraging Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to reallocate marketing budgets for higher ROI
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and modeling languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Min 8+ years of related experience
