About the role
- Act as catalyst for unlocking and championing go-to-market and product synergies between Vonage and Ericsson group
- Define, develop, and execute initiatives engaging shared customers, suppliers, and partners
- Collaborate closely with Vonage API sales and product teams
- Serve as strategic liaison to Ericsson business and sales units and corporate functions (sourcing, IT)
- Deliver measurable value for Vonage while amplifying Ericsson ecosystem strengths
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at Ericsson
- Well-established internal network and proven ability to build, influence, and sustain strong stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving impactful collaboration across business units
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong program management expertise, with the ability to design, lead, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
