Lead startup engagement efforts, identifying high-potential founders, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving early adoption of Vonage’s high-value APIs (e.g., RCS and Silent Auth).
Own end-to-end program design and management, including onboarding, incentive structures, credit allocations, events, and collaborations to drive API adoption.
Collaborate with product, sales, and developer relations to provide technical guidance and support to startups.
Organize and participate in targeted events, workshops, and partner activations to connect Vonage with startup communities.
Monitor startup usage and engagement, disburse incentives in milestones based on performance.
Gather actionable insights on new API applications and market needs to inform product strategy.
Identify high-potential startups for strategic investment opportunities with partners like Ericsson Ventures.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in large scale program management, partnerships, or ecosystem development, ideally within startups, APIs, or B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to design and run multi-stage programs with significant and measurable results.
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging founders, accelerators, and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey technical and business value to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, assess ROI, and optimize program performance.
Familiarity with developer engagement, API ecosystems, or technical product adoption strategies.
