About the role
- Plan, organize and coordinate banquets and events with passion
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication
- Build new client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
- Conduct sales meetings and prepare quotations and proposals
- Develop communication initiatives together with the external marketing agency
- Support events on site and manage post-event follow-up
- Handle administrative tasks from quote preparation through invoicing
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in sales
- Initial experience in marketing or a comparable environment
- Further training at a higher hotel/hospitality management school
- Solid service experience in à-la-carte service, especially in the banquet and event sector
- Proven leadership experience
- Business management knowledge and analytical thinking
- Strong sales skills and the ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- Proficient in digital communication tools and common social media platforms
- Knowledge of legal and data protection (privacy) regulations
