About the role
- Ensure the operation, development, and stability of our digital infrastructure
- Lead and coordinate on-site and remote end-user support
- Own and prioritize infrastructure and support needs
- Act as a coordination point for information security
- Contribute to digital architecture
- Identify and drive process automation opportunities
- Support and coordinate digital needs for the retail network
- Develop and maintain key operational deliverables
- Manage IT asset lifecycle
- Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Own identity and access management
Requirements
- Experience in end-user support and service operations
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure and network environments
- A good understanding of cybersecurity practices
- Experience in automation and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms
- Experience working with data processing and analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
