About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the operation, development, and stability of our digital infrastructure
Lead and coordinate on-site and remote end-user support
Own and prioritize infrastructure and support needs
Act as a coordination point for information security
Contribute to digital architecture
Identify and drive process automation opportunities
Support and coordinate digital needs for the retail network
Develop and maintain key operational deliverables
Manage IT asset lifecycle
Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes
Own identity and access management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in end-user support and service operations
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Solid knowledge of infrastructure and network environments
A good understanding of cybersecurity practices
Experience in automation and continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms
Experience working with data processing and analysis
Strong communication skills
Advanced level of Spanish and English
