About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

extensive knowledge of the program policies and procedures or ability to interpret policies
experience preferred in similar program
demonstrated ability to communicate and comprehend oral and written instructions
general knowledge of issues unique to homelessness, substance abuse, young adults, minorities, and people with disabilities
experience with a range of interventions to work with clients with varying needs
flexibility to work irregular hours
willingness to function as a team member
computer skills required
valid California driver's license
ability to meet the organization’s insurance carrier guidelines
must pass all required background clearances
CPR/First Aid certification is required within 90 days of employment
completion and maintenance of all required training and health clearances
