About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • extensive knowledge of the program policies and procedures or ability to interpret policies
  • experience preferred in similar program
  • demonstrated ability to communicate and comprehend oral and written instructions
  • general knowledge of issues unique to homelessness, substance abuse, young adults, minorities, and people with disabilities
  • experience with a range of interventions to work with clients with varying needs
  • flexibility to work irregular hours
  • willingness to function as a team member
  • computer skills required
  • valid California driver's license
  • ability to meet the organization’s insurance carrier guidelines
  • must pass all required background clearances
  • CPR/First Aid certification is required within 90 days of employment
  • completion and maintenance of all required training and health clearances
