Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development of a case management plan to assist program participants
Performs and provides a written assessment of program participant’s needs
Facilitates employment focused groups designed to meet participant needs
Develops and maintains comprehensive lists of community resources for use by program participants
Attends case conferencing and other meetings and training as directed

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred
two years of successful experience in the delivery of human services
Knowledge of social casework objectives, principles, and methods
Ability to demonstrate skill in the application of casework methods and practices
Valid California driver's license
