About the role
- Translate business goals into channel plans, priorities, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead client meetings (weekly/biweekly/monthly), set agendas, and keep everyone aligned.
- Consult across channels like SEO, content marketing, paid search (PPC), paid social, social media, etc.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to client communication.
- Build long-term relationships through strong strategy, clear expectations, and great follow-through.
- Analyze performance in Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting sources to identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next.
- Report on progress toward KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams + project management resources to ship high-quality deliverables.
- Complete more strategic / high level deliverables and analysis for your clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience (not entry-level)
- 1+ years client-facing experience (account management, strategy, or consulting)
- 1+ years Agency experience
- Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4) and using data to guide decisions
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Experience working across multiple channels (ex: SEO, content, PPC/paid search, paid social, social media, email, CRO)
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, HubSpot (or similar)
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
