Record and reconcile revenue and (COGS) transactions in the general ledger.
Process and apply customer payments and investigate discrepancies or unapplied cash.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules related to revenue and COGS.
Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolve variances.
Support the month-end and quarter-end close process for revenue and related accounts.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for revenue-related transactions.
Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and reconciliations to support revenue operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred but will consider entry-level candidates.
Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue-related accounting concepts.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data manipulation, etc.).
Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Benefits

Base pay is $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with 10% bonus paid annually, and equity.
