About the role
- lead the Enterprise sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales
- responsible for delivering on an aggressive sales plan
- ensure the team exceeds its qualified booked meetings goal
- grow and develop the team of Enterprise Sales Directors
- identify opportunities to increase revenue throughout the customer lifecycle
- collaborate cross-functionally to drive impactful customer engagements
- use data to track progress toward goals
- timely reporting and management of Enterprise Team activities through Voltus’s CRM system
- develop & drive best practices across the organization
Requirements
- experience driving complex sales cycles with enterprise-class customers
- ability to grow and directly manage an elite outside sales team
- deep relationships with decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies and commercial and industrial customers
- subject matter expert in the demand response and distributed energy resources industry
- ability to deliver against quarterly and annual quota
- recruiting, supporting, coaching, and developing team of Enterprise Sales Directors
- functional knowledge of the nine wholesale energy markets and products Voltus offers
