About the role
- Technical support for our Sales Team.
- Support customers with energy reduction strategies.
- Cross functional engagement with Engineering for hardware development.
- Lead metering and product enablement projects.
- Support commissioning of metering and data collection technology.
- Support innovative metering solutions.
- Manage installation projects from start to finish.
- Define and improve processes and efficiencies
- Develop new technologies and methods for shortening installation timelines.
- Ensuring all materials/manufacturing/installations and technology meets industry and market standards.
Requirements
- Results driven, Analytical, Motivated, Team player
- Good communications and customer service skills
- Experience with hardware commissioning and troubleshooting
- Basic experience with data platforms and integration tools
- Experience developing and/or improving customer onboarding experiences
- Experience with Saleforce
- Experience with contractor managements
- Project Management Professional, PMP - preferred
- Technical background with extensive electrical and/or HVAC experience - preferred
- Experience with industrial controls - preferred
- Ability to read, modify and draw technical electrical drawings - preferred
