Sales Operations Officer
Volton Ελληνική ΕνεργειακήSales Operations Officer providing support to the Sales Department at Volton, a multi-service provider in Greece. Ensuring process execution and performance analysis within the sales team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases
- - Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- - Develop and maintain sales dashboards and management reporting
- - Support sales pipeline management and follow-up processes
- - Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Back Office teams
- - Assist in the preparation and management of offers, contracts, and commercial proposals
- - Standardize and optimize sales processes and workflows
- - Review the accuracy of offers and pricing information
- - Support onboarding and training of new Sales team members
- - Participate in the planning and monitoring of sales campaigns and maintain organized sales documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- - 2+ years of previous experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support is considered an asset
- - Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
- - Experience with CRM systems
- - Understanding of telecommunications products and services is considered an advantage
