About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases
  • - Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • - Develop and maintain sales dashboards and management reporting
  • - Support sales pipeline management and follow-up processes
  • - Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Back Office teams
  • - Assist in the preparation and management of offers, contracts, and commercial proposals
  • - Standardize and optimize sales processes and workflows
  • - Review the accuracy of offers and pricing information
  • - Support onboarding and training of new Sales team members
  • - Participate in the planning and monitoring of sales campaigns and maintain organized sales documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 2+ years of previous experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support is considered an asset
  • - Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
  • - Experience with CRM systems
  • - Understanding of telecommunications products and services is considered an advantage
