About the role

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of IT focused projects (CRM, Digital, Billing, ERP, CTi) from initial planning through delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the process
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates regarding progress, challenges and adjustments needed.
  • Manage resources and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools that provide real-time visibility into project status and resource utilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project/Planner
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage both internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Decision-making abilities & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
