Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping drive company strategy, growth planning, and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, cash runway management, scenario planning, and KPI development.
• Build financial models and operational insights to support commercialization, manufacturing scale-up, pricing, and long-term business planning.
• Own board and investor financial reporting and support fundraising activities, including diligence, financial storytelling, and investor presentations.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Manufacturing leaders to guide resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
• Build and scale the finance function over time, including hiring and managing accounting and finance team members as the company grows.
• Oversee financial operations and external partners across accounting, audit, tax, payroll, compliance, and treasury while building scalable internal processes and controls.
• Support global financial operations, including inventory management, cost accounting, international tax considerations, and oversight of future international subsidiaries.
