About the role
- Creation of technical drawings from tool designs
- Modifying 3D models according to instructions
- Providing data for internal departments (tool shop, QA, production planning, etc.)
- Data conversion and data exchange with customers and suppliers
- Administrative support for the tool shop (WZB) and spare parts management
- Support and supervision during tool creation
Requirements
- Vocational training as a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (technical draftsman or design drafter)
- Knowledge of the construction and operation of progressive dies, forming tools, single tools and fixtures
- Experience with the 3D CAD software used (currently SolidWorks)
