About the role

  • Handling customer complaints and reporting them to internal and external stakeholders
  • Steering and facilitating the problem-solving process within defined teams
  • Monitoring the sustainability of corrective actions in coordination with the Quality Management Representative (QMR)
  • Cost settlement with suppliers in the event of incurred losses
  • Participation in new projects and in tool transfers to and from Vollmann with the goal of coordinated customer communication
  • Supporting the preparation and revision of Product FMEAs (P‑FMEAs) with reference to customer failure cases
  • Conducting customer visits and preparing visit reports

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent technical vocational qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance desirable
  • Business-fluent (negotiation-level) English for customer communication
  • Proficient use of QA databases, customer platforms, and SAP
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and tools such as FMEA, PPF, 8D reports, and Automotive Core Tools
