About the role
- Handling customer complaints and reporting them to internal and external stakeholders
- Steering and facilitating the problem-solving process within defined teams
- Monitoring the sustainability of corrective actions in coordination with the Quality Management Representative (QMR)
- Cost settlement with suppliers in the event of incurred losses
- Participation in new projects and in tool transfers to and from Vollmann with the goal of coordinated customer communication
- Supporting the preparation and revision of Product FMEAs (P‑FMEAs) with reference to customer failure cases
- Conducting customer visits and preparing visit reports
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent technical vocational qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance desirable
- Business-fluent (negotiation-level) English for customer communication
- Proficient use of QA databases, customer platforms, and SAP
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and tools such as FMEA, PPF, 8D reports, and Automotive Core Tools
