About the role
- Independently create, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in the ENVENTA BI (formerly ARUBA BI) tool
- Maintain and optimize existing Excel reports and gradually migrate them into the BI tool
- Collect and prepare data; create and distribute management dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executive management
- Support the establishment and expansion of controlling for a foreign production company, maintain relevant master data, and create and optimize reports
- Actively participate in projects related to our ERP system proALPHA (further development of analyses, integration of new programs/modules, testing, process optimization, etc.)
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in controlling and/or reporting
- Good knowledge of ENVENTA BI / ARUBA BI or a comparable BI tool (Power BI, Qlik)
- Preferably experience with proALPHA
- Structured understanding of processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and strong affinity for numbers
- Team player with enthusiasm for actively shaping processes
