Events

• Event coordination including facilitating leagues, tournaments and clinics/camps, set up and take down of leagues and tournaments
• Responsible for completion of event report forms and equipment inventory management
• Operational support of high-profile adult and youth tournaments
• Driving of VBC vehicles to and from events (transportation of league equipment)
• Administrative duties and schedule upkeep
• The Adult Events Coordinators will manage all league administration (inquiries, registration, draws etc.) and will be the first point of contact on site for Volleyball BC for all leagues and clinics
• Position coordinates with the Manager, Recreation Programs and the Manager of Communications & Events.
