About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitoring customer tickets submitted by clients;
  • Managing the backlog, identifying and reinforcing deadlines with interface teams and preparing responses to the client;
  • Analyzing incoming tickets and routing cases to other CX areas;
  • Handling potential customer dissatisfaction, focusing on recovery to maintain and reinforce VOLL's quality standards;
  • Supporting the client's point of contact with questions, assistance, and tool adjustments;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing and/or Business Administration;
  • Up to 2 years of experience in commercial account management focused on corporate travel, mobility, and expense management;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Basic English and/or Spanish;
  • MS Office (Intermediate);
  • Familiarity with travel agency operations, airlines, hospitality, car rental, or online travel tools;
  • Experience with urban mobility or corporate expense workflows;
  • Basic CRM knowledge.
