Key responsibilities & impact

Technical and Operational Support
Client support
Identify, analyze, and respond immediately to operational errors and customer complaints within support teams
Identify, analyze, and act on opportunities for process improvements for internal and external clients
Act as a liaison between your squad and other teams
Perform quoting, booking, issuance and reissuance of domestic and international air tickets; domestic and international hotel reservations; domestic and international car rentals; domestic ground transportation; travel insurance; group air, hotel and tour bookings (domestic and international)
Update and maintain the Help Center
Participate in and contribute to client meetings
Participate in and contribute to strategy meetings
Conduct training sessions
Manage processes and case handling with clients and other analysts
Work with management to develop and implement new processes and procedures, encouraging innovative ways to deliver more value to clients and the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate travel
Intermediate English
Basic Spanish
Experience with domestic and/or international travel
Knowledge of OBT and GDS systems
Experience with Zendesk
Knowledge of airline portals
Familiarity with major car rental and accommodation providers
