CRM Specialist — ABM, Lifecycle, Community, Demand Generation
VOLLCRM Specialist leading customer relationship and demand generation strategies for VOLL. Focused on nurturing long-term relationships and business growth through strategic initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own VOLL's relationship strategy across the entire lead and customer journey.
- Map communication opportunities at every stage of the funnel, from first contact to account expansion.
- Build nurturing strategies aligned with demand generation and growth objectives.
- Develop segmented journeys for different company profiles, decision-makers, and buying stages.
- Lead ABM initiatives for Enterprise and Key Accounts.
- Develop personalized relationship plans for strategic audiences.
- Partner with Sales to increase engagement and conversion of target accounts.
- Create initiatives that strengthen VOLL's connection with key market decision-makers.
- Develop initiatives that foster a sense of community among customers, prospects, and partners.
- Support the design and evolution of VOLL's bespoke relationship programs.
- Create actions that drive ongoing engagement and opportunity generation.
- Connect content, events, product, and relationship efforts into a unified community strategy.
- Own the editorial strategy for VOLL's newsletters.
- Create email marketing campaigns focused on demand generation, relationship building, and brand strengthening.
- Develop relevant narratives for different audiences and journey stages.
- Monitor results and continuously improve communication channel performance.
- Track engagement, relationship, and demand generation KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and growth.
- Work data-driven while maintaining a strong strategic business perspective.
- Bring benchmarks, trends, and new approaches to strengthen VOLL's CRM strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, and ABM.
- Strong strategic business perspective and customer journey understanding.
- Excellent written communication and ability to craft relevant narratives.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and relationship programs.
- Ability to connect brand, content, sales, and product into an integrated strategy.
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
- Ownership mindset and autonomy to lead strategic projects.
- Desired differentiators:
- Experience with ABM in B2B companies.
- Experience with communities, relationship programs, or customer marketing.
- Knowledge of demand generation for complex and Enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience in SaaS and technology companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms (strategic, not operational).
