About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the strategy and production of VOLL's institutional and brand content.
- Identify stories, trends, data and relevant insights to turn into high-impact content.
- Build narratives that strengthen VOLL's positioning as a reference in technology, innovation and corporate travel.
- Develop content that builds authority, influence and brand recognition.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the PR agency.
- Identify storylines, opportunities and stories with potential media impact.
- Support the development of articles, interviews, statements and institutional content.
- Work to expand VOLL's presence in major business, technology and corporate travel outlets.
- Support communication for VOLL's product launches, features and innovations.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, clear, value-oriented messages for the market.
- Create communication materials that bridge product, customer and business.
- Produce ebooks, surveys, market studies, reports, articles and in-depth materials.
- Conduct interviews with customers, partners, executives and experts to generate content.
- Structure narratives based on data, trends and compelling stories.
- Lead the editorial strategy for VOLL's newsletters.
- Produce email marketing campaigns focused on relationship building, authority and demand generation.
- Ensure consistency of language, tone of voice and positioning across all communication channels.
- Support the distribution and amplification strategy for produced content.
- Work together with Branding, Communications, Performance and Design to amplify VOLL's narratives.
- Ensure content has relevant adaptations for the brand's different channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising or Marketing.
- Previous experience in strategic content production, corporate communications, PR or brand content.
- Excellent writing, reporting and storytelling skills.
- Investigative, curious profile with a strong information-seeking mindset.
- Comfortable interviewing people, conducting conversations and turning information into relevant narratives.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging content.
- Organized, autonomous and with a strong sense of priorities.
- Interest in technology, innovation, artificial intelligence and market trends.
- Experience with press relations or media relations. (preferred)
- Experience working in technology companies and/or SaaS. (preferred)
- Experience with Product Marketing. (preferred)
- Experience producing research, studies and long-form/rich content. (preferred)
- Knowledge of content distribution strategies and demand generation. (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation and research. (preferred)
