About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support via Zendesk, chat, and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance.
- Perform quoting, reservations, ticketing and reissuance for domestic and international travel services, including air, domestic hotels, domestic ground transportation, travel insurance, air group bookings, hotels and domestic tours; lodging, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Use Sabre, E-LATAM, and other systems at a user-level proficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and act on opportunities for process improvements for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new processes and procedures, promoting innovative ways to deliver greater value to customers and the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate travel customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of OBT (Online Booking Tools) and GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- Familiarity with car rental and airline systems.
- Knowledge of accommodation/hotel booking platforms and providers.
- Fluency in English or Spanish.
