About the role

  • Support the operation and production of VOLL's proprietary events (Travel Connect, Primeira Classe, Sala VIP, among others).
  • Participate in the planning, organization and execution of each stage of the event.
  • Interface with suppliers (catering, audiovisual, set design, gifts, rentals, etc.).
  • Support event setup, on-site monitoring and teardown.
  • Ensure schedules, checklists and quality standards are met.
  • Support VOLL’s participation in industry events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, activations and sponsorships).
  • Coordinate booth logistics, materials, staffing and activations.
  • Ensure the brand presence is aligned with the company’s positioning and objectives.
  • Manage operational requests such as contracts, orders, deadlines, deliveries and partner alignments.
  • Support budget management and event cost tracking.
  • Organize guest lists, accreditation and entry flows.
  • Support the participant experience, ensuring smooth operations and high quality throughout the event.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure events align with demand generation and relationship goals.
  • Support pre-, during- and post-event activities (invitations, follow-ups, materials, etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience in corporate event production and organization.
  • Highly organized, proactive and with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Availability to work on-site at events and, when necessary, outside of regular business hours.
  • Experience with B2B events and corporate audiences.
  • Experience with trade shows, conferences and brand activations.
  • Experience in budget control and vendor negotiation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
