About the role

  • Reception and onboarding of new SMALL-category clients: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing a welcoming reception and a comprehensive introduction to our travel platform and wallet.
  • Training and enablement: Deliver trainings, presentations, and workshops so clients understand how to use our services and can get the most value from the tools provided.
  • Personalized follow-up and support: Serve as the initial point of contact for questions and issue resolution during the implementation period, collaborating with other areas such as alliances, customer service, farmer, product, and technology.
  • Documentation and feedback: Record the entire onboarding process, produce reports, and collect feedback for continuous improvement of the process, as well as identify opportunities to develop the platform.
  • Compliance assurance: Monitor adherence to contracts and SLAs agreed with the client, align expectations, and ensure deliveries meet the established deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client implementations, preferably at technology companies or corporate travel agencies;
  • Technical knowledge of digital platforms;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling;
  • Fluent English is essential;
  • Ability to conduct client trainings and enablement sessions;
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer service;
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously;
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • Basic knowledge of travel management systems or ERPs;
  • Familiarity with project management tools;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields such as Business Administration, Tourism, Information Technology, or similar;
  • Willingness to travel and attend occasional in-person meetings.
