About the role

  • Strategic Consulting: Support the Commercial and Finance directors/managers in designing team structures and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance cycles, helping the Commercial team manage aggressive targets and the Finance team improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Retention and Engagement: Analyze metrics such as turnover and organizational climate, creating targeted action plans to address each area’s specific challenges.
  • Technical Recruitment: Support the Talent Attraction team in defining complex profiles (e.g., Account Executives, FP&A Analysts, Controllers).
  • Leadership Development: Provide coaching and ongoing feedback to managers, equipping them to manage conflicts and motivate teams under pressure.
  • Compensation and Incentives: Collaborate on designing commission plans (Commercial) and bonus schemes tied to efficiency targets (Finance).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management or Strategic HR Management;
  • Experience in conflict management and advising managers;
  • Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business areas;
  • Strong knowledge of People Analytics (you will need to validate hypotheses with data);
  • Mastery of performance evaluation methodologies and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Experience with HR subsystems (Compensation, L&D, and Recruitment & Selection).
