About the role

  • New Client Reception and Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing a warm welcome and a comprehensive introduction to our travel platform and wallet.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver trainings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clients understand how to use our services and get the most value from the tools provided.
  • Ongoing Support and Personalized Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issue resolution during implementation, collaborating with teams such as alliances, customer support, farmer (account management), product, and technology.
  • Documentation and Feedback: Record the entire onboarding process, produce reports, and collect feedback for continuous improvement of the process, as well as identify opportunities for platform development.
  • Compliance Assurance: Monitor adherence to contracts and SLAs agreed with the client, align expectations, and ensure deliverables meet established deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with client implementations, preferably in technology companies or corporate travel agencies;
  • Technical knowledge of digital platforms;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling/processing;
  • Ability to deliver trainings and enablement sessions to clients;
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer service;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously;
  • Negotiation skills and conflict management;
  • Basic knowledge of travel management systems or ERPs;
  • Familiarity with project management tools;
  • Degree completed or in progress in related fields such as Business Administration, Tourism, Information Technology, or similar;
  • Ability to adapt to a travel routine and occasional in-person interactions;
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
