About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries and administrative processing tasks across various topics
  • Maintain customer data in various systems such as SAP, CRM, etc.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a business unit at the direct bank (e.g., current and VISA cards, corporate banking, individual customer support)
  • Contribute to ideas, improvements and process optimizations

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business-related degree program
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking and strong conceptual skills
  • You are familiar with MS Office products
  • You are a strong communicator
  • Ideally, you are available immediately for approximately 20 hours per week
